  2. Correct Filament Size: Verify if older PLA spools fit the Automatic Material Supply (AMS). If not, consider re-spooling or using a filament holder instead.
  3. Print Bed Alignment: Make sure the print bed is properly seated to avoid corners getting stuck on the guide rail plastic piece.
  4. Material Compatibility: Understand material interactions. For example, PETG won’t stick to Nylon and can deform PLA underneath. Avoid interchanging these materials.
  5. Moisture Absorption: Keep the AMS door closed to prevent filament from absorbing moisture, rendering it unprintable within hours.
  6. Filament Changes: Minimize filament changes, especially within layers, to avoid excessive purging and waste.
