Tackling very complex challenges and innovating solutions have always captivated me. It is such a crucial part of our daily lives, yet it is seldom a straightforward journey. It starts with basic knowledge—if you are lucky—and often with nothing at all. The thrill for me lies in diving deep, learning more, and mastering the issue through perseverance, creative thinking, and dedication. At Dyer, we fully embrace this reality and emphasize starting despite the uncertainties ahead of us. The determination to tackle complex issues, find solutions, and turn them into meaningful innovations is more than just a concept; it’s what this fellowship allows us to do on a daily basis. It drives us to shape the world around us with the “cur non” motto, even when the path forward is unclear. We work together and learn from each other as a select group of individuals with diverse backgrounds, each beautifully contributing and teaching something unique.

This encouraging environment of collaborative innovation is essentially what I love about Dyer. I am confident that the skills I will gather from this creative entrepreneurship journey, combined with my passion for problem-solving and the expertise acquired from majoring in ECE at Lafayette, is going to help me become the impactful innovator, solutionist engineer and inspiring leader I aspire to be in the future.
