Before considering the DYER Fellowship, I never knew the value that entrepreneurship could have in my professional life. However, after deliberate consideration, I realized that the entrepreneurial toolbox and mindset is not just useful for entrepreneurs, but professionals and people in general; I could leverage the skills I would learn with the Dyer Center, even though I would be going in without a business or a plan for one, to achieve amazing growth. I could even manifest the ideas I have developed in the entertainment and productivity spheres of software down the line, experimenting with business owning and management. Thus, I saw the fellowship as an opportunity to expose myself to this growth and equip myself with the tools to become an effective entrepreneur and tech leader.
