I joined the Dyer fellowship to become a better version of myself, to push myself to greater heights. Several teachers have recognized me as a leader, yet I never once had the confidence to agree with them. I began to hate the way I thought of myself. The moment I learned about the Dyer fellowship, I knew that this would be the place in which I would shatter such a mindset. By learning how to become an entrepreneur I will develop the skills necessary to bring up not only myself, but my community. I will be able to prove that all it takes is a bit of encouragement to push someone beyond their limits and achieve a level of success that they never thought possible. Everyday I fear graduating without finding what my passions are. However, the excitement that rushes through my body when I imagine the limitless opportunities that this fellowship offers overshadows any fear. I will never regret taking a chance with this fellowship, I know it will be one of the best decisions I have ever made.
